CWEF is a Hong Kong based non-governmental organization that was founded by Lutherans living in Hong Kong. Our main office is in Hong Kong and we currently have one branch office in each of the following locations: Kunming, Guangzhou and Phnom Penh. We have project offices in Chengdu and Shanghai.
